2nd AP1200GTO In Service!

Description

Well I bought a large estate of astro equipment mainly for 1 thing. The AP1200GTO mount! I upgraded the original CP1 to the CP3 and upgraded to the V2 chip. I finally got it installed in my observatory and mounted my Esprit100 on it with my new ZWO 2600MC Pro on it.

I’m kinda anal about cords pulling on the sockets of the camera so I 3d printed a cord support that attaches to the camera body with black nylon screws so it doesn’t marr the body. It allows me to twist tie the cords to it to eliminate the stress on the camera sockets.  Rev C

If anyone interested in this let me know I’d be happy to make you one of these if its something you think would help your setup.

I also have an AP 160 EDF Starfire that will be going up for sale soon along with many other things so if your looking for anything send me an PM.

Anyway now waiting for the clouds to clear so that I can actually do some imaging other then the last few solar pix I’ve posted.

Thanks for looking!

Title: 3d Printed Cord Support

Description: I 3d printed a cord support that attaches to the camera body that is held in place with black nylon thumb screws so it doesn’t marr the camera body. It allows me to twist tie the cords to eliminate the stress on the socket on the camera.
