I did it, but I am not sure if I did it right!!
To combine the two datasets I've used APP as I do not have PS and I think the workflow is very intuitive.
So this is the RGB-data:
And this is the Ha-data (stars removed with APP):
I found the nebula a bit sharper, even though APP did not remove all the stars and spikes.
Looking closer at the result, you can see the unaligned spikes from the double setup.
It was immediately apparent that the Ha-data was much stronger due to the larger telescope and longer exposure time, so it was a big challenge for me to combine them in an appropriate way. I decided to use the Ha data as the luminance, and in my second revision you can clearly see why. I'm not sure if it's due to the strong data compared to the RGB data or other effects, but the result of using the data in the red channel is much noisier and I found artifacts within the stars (which may also be due to the different processing). On the other hand I did not loose so much of the blue. This image is more balanced between red and blue.

I've learned a lot, lost some hair and overcame some challenges, but I will definitely work with the dual setup again and learn more about this particular part of post processing so that my results gets better and better!
