Description

Got a second Samyang 135mm ED UMC Lens for my birthday in October - thank you to my lovely wife! Made a jig to hold it and the guide scope.

1st light for this rig at Maleny Saturday 13th. Pulled an all nighter! Fantastic conditions, aside from the 68% moon. We have had a lot of rain lately.

Rig consists of the 2x Samyang 135mm lenses. One connected to a ZWO ASI183MC Pro using a Baader UHC filter. The other connected to a ZWO ASI183MM Pro with a new Baader 35nm Ha filter - just cannot source a 7nm Baader Ha filter for love nor money at the present!

Took 1 hours concurrently through each camera, so 2 hours total per panel! While my first dabble into 'narrowband Ha' for me - not really the 7nm narrowband that most of you use! Still happy with the image the MM setup gave in 'NB'.  Used the Ha to enhance the luminance from the OSC. Happy with the result. Enjoy!
