Description

Finally a clear night on the new moon!  It's been 6 months.  Traveled to Mt Pinos, but still too much snow up there (8,300') so went down a bit to Chuchupate, (5,600'), bortle 4.  A few astronomers showed up over my 3 night stay...so very good to see astro friends again.   Used to be on average there were 8 visual and 2 imagers, but now 8 imagers and 2 visual!  Got to see the SeeStar live stacking...impressive.

Seeing was not particularly great these nights, twinkle twinkling stars.  SQL between 20.9 and 21.10; guiding around 0.7.  If you browse around at full resolution some really interesting galaxies are to be found.  -john
