Description

A Dwarf-Galaxy with a relatively low surface brightness (at least compared to typical short-sub targets) for sure is a rather unusual target for Lucky-Imagers. But thanks to modern CMOS-Cams with their low Read Noise in combination with a large and fast Telescope even these kind of objects easily become within reach.

Please note the faint stellar stream leaving the FOV to the left. This is not an artifact but a stellar stream which is supposed to be another Dwarf-Galaxy after “colliding” with NGC 4449. Since such faint details like stellar streams can be seen I would consider this result as “deep”… acquired with only 1,4sec sub length!
