Description

I have started using the HAlpha Image option on SkySafari pro to find brighter areas where there might be some interesting NB objects to image.

SH2-16 is an emission nebular which shares the frame with Sagittarious A, our fabby little black hole. Within the nebula you also have the open cluster Collinder 347.

Gary Imm did an image of this last year and it doesn't come up very much but if you fancy a game of "Spot the Ball" See if you can find Sag A
