I looked up and saw a beautiful crescent moon. Had to image it. Very simple indeed...

But I discovered that my USB hub apparently was causing trouble. I had huge amounts of noise in my images and I could not get my frame rate over 2fps.

I started trouble shooting and everything pointed to the hub. I am, just to be on the safe side, going to replace every USB cable with the highest quality cables I can find and I will see if I can figure out what the best USB hubs are.

I am quite happy that I found this problem as I had no idea why my deep space images were so noisy and difficult to process, not to mention not nearly the quality I had hoped for. So a good day, all in all...
