Description

The Veil nebula or Cygnus Loop is a supernova remnant from a star that exploded 10,000 to 20,000 years ago and is about 2400 ly distant in the Milky Way.
For this rendering I tried H-alpha as red, Sulphur II as yellow, and Oxygen III as cyan.

Compared to previous versions I have posted, processing is in PixInsight instead of AstroPixelProcessor and many more hours of exposures have been included in the integration.
