Description

NGC 869 and NGC 884 lie at a distance of about 7,500 light years in the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way galaxy, near the constellation Cassiopeia. They are separated by about 300 light-years and are visible to the naked eye in dark skies. Each of the clusters have 300-400 stars, about 13 million years old
