Description

While trying to image with a second setup which was new to me, this setup to get subs for IC1805 or Mel15 was the one I thought works without problems. But I imaged the first time with temperatures below zero and there were a lot of problems I had to face. I never had those issues before (at least I never noticed them). The main problem was a really bad amount of flexure. It took me three days to realize, what the problem was. I tightend some screws and placed the guide scope at a different position on the tube of my newton. I took some more subs on the evening of the fourth night. But the clouds rolled in and I was not able to take more images. So I had to use what I got. While Ha was quite usable, the OIII and SII data had bad and elongated stars that create some weired halos in the direction of movement. So there is a lot of room to improve. However, I finally processed the image, because I really love the subject.

The day will come, when everything works as expected... I am quite sure.
