Description

A cold molecular cloud that I found just perusing survey data.

I had a hard time even finding if this object was named but did eventually find a handful of other images of this object. Not a lot of info about the target either.

I did some testing to see if there was any Oiii signal or Ha present but didn't find anything I wanted to spend a bunch of time on. There is a small amount that outlines the eagle looking cloud, but very thin.

So instead I just went all in on a broadband look on the object.

I think it was worth it! This might be the most detailed look at this lonely molecular eagle out there.

I find the almost wind swept looking clouds at the bottom right very strange. I've never seen anything quite like that. The background galaxies are neat too. There's quite a few.
