Description

This is a barred spiral Galaxy located in the southern Constellation Pyxis.
The designation IC 2469 shows up in the plate solve of a couple of images of the Milky Way but I believe this is the only image of the actual object on Astrobin. 
So if all that is true, here is "Astrobin Debut Object" IC 2469 Galaxy... I've always wanted to say that.
