Description

Informally known as the “Wizard Nebula”, NGC 7380 is an open cluster of stars still embedded in the surrounding dust and gas from which they formed. Also known as Sharpless 2-142 this beautiful emission nebula is about 7200ly away and seen in the Constellation Cepheus.
