Description

Image of Abell 31 has SNR of 0.5. This is quite a dim object. Sii generated miniscule signal.  
I think it needs at least 12-14h Ha and Oiii (each), if photographing from city. Sii is better to skip. 
Three panels are HOO (Panel A), HSO (Panel B), SHO (Panel C) and RGB-annotation (Panel D).

Processing:
Dynamic Crop for R, G, B, Ha, Oiii, Sii
GraXpert for Ha, Oiii, Sii, R, G and B.
RGB is combined.
DBE for RGB
Color calibration for RGB
Blur and Noise XT for RGB, Oiii, Sii and Ha.  
Star XT for RGB, Ha, Oiii and Sii
Standard linear HT stretching for RGB, Oiii, Sii, Ha and RGB-stars (moderate stretching)

Panels A-C:
HOO is created.
HSO is created.
SHO is created.
Noise XT and then HT stretch again for HOO, HSO and SHO.
Mask with Lum.
LHE, Kernel radius 40 power 0.5, and 150 and 300, power 0.2
MMT sharp, 0.03-0.06 setting.
Hue adjustment for HOO, HSO and SHO images. This is toughest step. 
Curve for saturation and brightness adjustment for HOO, HSO and SHO. This step went to extreme!.
Curve for saturation adjustment for RGB stars.
Added RGB stars to the Nebulas.

Panels D:
RGB is created.
Noise XT and then HT stretch again.
