NGC 6015 is rarely imaged, either on Astrobin or elsewhere, with a few exceptions--perhaps because it is quite dim, especially in the outer reaches, and only covers 5.5x2.1' of sky. A web search doesn't turn up a whole lot of information either about this galaxy, which is about 38 million light-years from us. It is an isolated Scd spiral galaxy, showing no bar, but some very interesting features that are well worth imaging. The inner portion (≤ 60" from the centre) has two spiral arms, which then dissipates into a flocculent structure. But at about 90" out there are two pseudo arms that lead into a pseudo ring. Further out, at >170" the disk becomes warped. And finally, there is some sort of tail as well. The extent of neutral hydrogen continues out about twice the size of the optically visible galaxy.
