Description

I used my Super C8 from 1983 for this one, teamed with the f6.3 reducer and my home made focuser.

Is it just me, or does the bubble nebula look like a jack-o-lantern or Lord Voldemort?

This SHO image is composed of the following subexposures:

Ha 38 x 600sec

OIII 31 x 600sec

SII 27 x 600sec

Hope you like it!

Description: With the recent purchase of an ASI1600, the first thing that struck me was the intense star colour from this camera compared to my Atik 460. So I took a few 30 second exposures of the stars in this region and added RGB stars to my narrow band image. This also gave me back the star actually responsible for the bubble, which did not appear in my first version.
