Description

SH2-101, commonly known as the Tulip nebula (for obvious reasons) is a beautiful emission nebula in the constellation of Cygnus. This image is a combination of around 20h of narrowband data in the SHO pallette with roughly 2h of RGB data for the stars.

I took this from my balcony in the city of Munich in the short and warm nights of June/July 2022 under Bortle 7 skies.
