Description

This object is a planetary nebula located in the constellation of Vulpecula at a declination of +26 degrees.  It spans only 25 arc-seconds in our apparent view.

Little is known about this PN.  I couldn’t find its distance or magnitude.

It appears to be a HII-dominated elliptical PN.  I don’t see a progenitor star.

It was discovered by Ronald Weinberger and is also known as PN G065.1-03.5 and PK 065-031.  My collection of Weinberger PNe are shown here.

My friend @Jerry Yesavage was the first person to image this object on Astrobin, a few months ago, with his image here.
