Description

I had a short window of clear but steady skies last night at dusk where I was able to get my 3x barlow in the imaging train. I used the best 17% 13,523 total frames. A slight haze in the air dropped me down to only 62  FPS using  my ProPlanet cut filter 642 nm & 3x barlow.

The crater Theophilus lies between Sinus Asperitatis and Mare Nectaris and is 110 km or 68 miles in diameter and has a wealth of details around it in the right lighting. The central peak is elevated to just under 1 mile high, and the floor depth is a bit over 1 mile.
