Description

The Horsehead nebula taken in monochrome Hydrogen Alpha emissions shows the swirling gases and turbulence happening in the region.  This starless version shows the chaotic region which is forming next generation stars as dense gasses collapse and form new stars in the regions.   It is said that 30 or more stars may form just from the horsehead dense gases alone.
