Description

In this photo I took pictures of  a Wolf Rayet type star (WR134) in the
Cygnus constellation which one of the most beautiful in the summer time.
Wolf Rayet's stars are very rare and this is one of the most important and closest to us. It is approximately 5,700 light-years away and is 400,000 times more luminous than our sun, despite being only 4 times as large.
But this is not the most important feature, but its very high surface temperature which gives it a blue color being at over 60,000 Kelvin degrees (against 5,000 of our sun).
Around it there is a light nebula immersed in the violent stellar wind that blows at over 1,800 km/sec.
This photo were collected with narrowband filters for hydrogen and ionized oxygen at 3nm.
