Description

Abell 426 is a cluster of galaxies in the constellation Perseus. It is one of the most massive objects known, containing over 500 galaxies. The cluster lies 240 million light years from Earth. This image, taken from city skies, shows over 100 galaxies (including those from the PGC catalog).
