Dragon Capsule

Description

This is Dragon capsule that launched on October 5, 2022 at the Cape Canaveral, FL, USA. This is a 5-crew astronauts. It carried 4 astronauts to the International Space Station for six-month stay in orbit.

The spaceflyers are NASA's Nicole Mann and Josh Cassada, Japanese astronaut Koichi Wakata and cosmonaut Anna Kikina. Today's liftoff made Mann the first Native American woman to reach the final frontier and Kikina the first Russian to fly on a private American spacecraft. Mann is also the mission commander of SpaceX Crew-5.

From a woman’s perspective, I just love and grateful when women are being recognize and given the chance to lead and accomplish something…because WE CAN! The photo was taken during NASA’s presentation at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida, USA on September 29, 2022.
