Description

I fear that I have over done the exposure time. I didn't expect to have the extended nebula consume the "paw pads".😄
shot in 2 sittings only I have come to a point were I have confidence to let the rig run unattended from midnight to dawn.
This celestial wonder and stellar nursery was yet another discovery  of Sir John Herschel  in 1837 from the Cape  of Good Hope. At a distance  of 5500Light years this emissions nebula  has an abundance  of irionized Hydrogen atoms giving the signature red colour.   Awe and wonder folks!
