Description

Next practicing round... This time sadly only one night with poor imaging conditions which results in plenty of noise... Never the less I decide to give it a try :-) It was really a struggle. Last time processing went really smooth but this time no glue .. mainly try and error ... Here is the  result after two days of fighting with the process even if I am really not satisfied how the stars look like... Which you all CS ! Best Marco

Title: IC1805 in SHO Reprocessing

Description: due to bad weather and a push of motivation I went through my archive with data from the earlier projects, more from the time I started this Hobby. Just curious what can I get out of these data. Remembering to make the "poor" data responsible for my, in my opinion, "not so nice" pictures in the past ;-) So I started from the scratch with the masters and packed all my learnings in processing in this task. To be honest it was really impressive how nicely I could work with these old data. Lots of unrevealed data and details ! Again, really lots of fun trying to get out as much as possible. So this time I also try to get familiar with FORAX for tone mapping and I really like it. much more dramatic and dimensional ... I also load up the starless version for a better look at the nebula parts in revision B.. Also choose another orientation and crop further in ... hope you also like it. Best Regards and CS to everyone :-)
