Moon: Aristarchus peeking out of the dark

As so often around the full moon days, the sky slowly cleared up and clouds vanished. After a very beautiful cloudy sunset here in the Alps where I live, the Moon appeared high up. The  seeing seemed quite useful ... have a look!

I took 130 RAWs with my good old Canon EOS 7D (unmodified) at it's maximum speed of 7 pics/s and the prime lens Canon EF 1:2.8/300mm L IS USM plus the TC 1.4x giving me the highest magnification I can get with my equipment: F=420 mm @ f/4.0 stopped down to f/5.0.

Coincidentally, as I hadn't planned anything, the crater Aristarchus peeked quite nicely out of the deep dark aside the terminator.
