Description

It took me a while to make all those dust clouds look as they actually are: in front of the ionized hydrogen background. Hope you like the result.
All this colorful view is because of Cygnus OB2 star association. Though mostly being hidden under the dust, several dozens of hot O-type and hundreds of B-type stars are responsible for hydrogen UV-ionization as well as blue color of reflection nebula complex.
One can also find a Parsamian-22 bipolar reflection nebula, associated with a young star HBC 694 (see revision D). It is considered to be a protoplanetary nebula, the material left after the star formation.

The image was captured in the field, an hour of driving to Bortle 3 skies.
