Description

Jupiter with outer moon Callisto on the evening of Wed 11 Sep 2019 AEST.

A single 80 second stack of approx. 2300 frames. Callisto is passing north of the planet with its anti-Jovian hemisphere in view. GRS flake is prominent in the SEB despite setting over the P limb. The wake is particularly turbulent with a bright outbreak in progress.

Image taken around 7pm Canberra time; this makes it about an hour after sunset.
