Description

This is my first attempt at capturing the Deer Lick Group and Quintet Group of Galaxies. I wasn't  completely sure that I could fit everything into a single frame using my FLT132mm, but I got lucky. Since I was imaging from my Bortle 7-8 house location I used my Optolong L-Pro. While it did a decent job mitigating the LP background levels, I think that it also affected the galaxy colors slightly. LP in my area is significant, but luckily I spent most of my imaging time for this object above the sky glow.  Using my Unihedron Sky Quality Meter, I was getting on average 18-18.5 mags per square arcsecond for the region of space that I was imaging in.
