Description

Apparently  there was an eclipse happening, so I put on my shades and a tiny sombrero to watch this event. In the end the 5% coverage was not visible from U.K. apart from NW Scotland.

Herewith M104 taken from my parents’ house in the middle of Corbridge; apparently B4.5. The familiar shape and dust lane just about visible (mouseover for crop). This requires longer focal length to really appreciate. 1 hour luminance frames only at just 24 degrees altitude.
