Description

Bubble Nebulae (also known as NGC 7635, Sharpless 162 or Caldwell 11) and M52 (NGC 7654)

The open cluster Messier 52 lies 4600 ly away from our solar system. The Bubble Nebulae is an H II region emission nebula, driven by the 2 million years old O-type star BD+60 2522 (SAO 20575) with its stellar wind. It lies 8800 ly away and has a diameter of 3-5 ly. Both objects are located towards the constellation cassiopeia.

9,5 hours of Ha and OIII data where processed. I see some similarities to IC63 (ghost of cassiopeia).
