Description

The Triangulum Galaxy (M33, NGC 598) imaged in Luminance, Red, Green, Blue and Hydrogen-alpha.  M33 is a magnificent spiral galaxy approximately 2.73 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Triangulum. The Triangulum Galaxy is the third-largest member of the Local Group of galaxies, along with the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) and the Milky Way.
Sub-images Luminance: 16x180s, Red: 17x180s, Green: 17x180s, Blue: 18x180s and Hydrogen-alpha: 10x300s.
