Description

Moved my telescope  to a new spot in my backyard with a much better view of the southern sky.  With the improved southern exposure, I get hours at -10 degrees dec.  so I decided to give IC2177 a try.  The town light dome (recently switched streetlights to LEDs)  is to the south, also had a near full moon, so this was a real test for an all narrow band image.  Didn't  bother with RGB stars this time, I go back and forth on whether RGB stars add enough to be worth the effort.  Probably could have dialed back the number of stars a little more on this image but I tend to prefer a lot of stars.  Also tried out the CSV upload on Astrobin for the ‘Acquisition details’, once I figured out my filter numbers it worked great.
