Description

How do I feel about this picture? I love it. But I want to love it more. However it's FAR better than my first attempt. Earlier in May I made the attempt of capturing this in OIII and Ha however my attempts were ruined by bad focus. So that was a bummer. But it gave me the opportunity to frame this better and learn something. Now, why do I want to love it more? Because I feel it lacks depth in dynamic range. This could be a fault of my processing however, after two other attempts at processing it I haven't been able to achieve what I want. SO! What does this mean? It means more HA. Time to capture more Hydrogen Alpha and push the exposure time up a notch. Stay tuned for Revision 4.0, the photo that officially will drive me to insanity.
