Description

Spaceship Earth Collage #2 for my second post on Astrobin:

May this collage remind you of your most favorite dawn skies.  Higher resolution single exposure images (and their exposure info) as shown in the gif animation are in the google album at the link provided in the 'Link' section.

Lassen Cinder Cone...by far one of my most favorite places to experience Earth & Sky....accompanied by four morning Planets.

Beautiful dark skies before dawn on October 15, 2015 encouraged us to venture the hike to the rim in the dark tiny morning hours.

The sky so clear & dark that Venus, Mars, Jupiter & Mercury were nearly lost amongst a background sea of stars...save for Venus' brilliance.

If you ever travel to Lassen Volcanic National Park USA, I also suggest enjoying a twilight sky from the bottom of the Lassen Cinder Cone's crater bowl...an almost eerie view of a 'circle horizon of stone filled with Space (and possibly some dawn or dusk sun lit clouds ;-)'.  A view from the cone that a friend once suggested is perhaps reminiscent of looking out into Space from 'just inside the nose of a cannon barrel' that once erupted (likely in the 1600's A.D.)...

Enjoy!
