Description

Messier 63 ist eine Spiralgalaxie im Sternbild Jagdhunde am Nordsternhimmel. Das auch Sonnenblumen-Galaxie genannte Objekt ist vom Sonnensystem etwa 25 Millionen Lichtjahre entfernt und besitzt einen Durchmesser von ca. 50.000 Lichtjahren.



Messier 63 is a spiral galaxy in the northern sky in the constellation of Hounds and Hounds. The object, also known as the Sunflower Galaxy, is about 25 million light-years away from the solar system and has a diameter of about 50,000 light-years.
