Tycho crater near the south pole on the Moon is a relatively recent impact event (estimated 108 million years ago), the ejecta clearly seen on the surface emanating in all directions. It is about 85 km in diameter and a depth of 4,800 m. The dark area top right is Mare Nubium ("Sea of Clouds").

03 Nov 2020 - CGX/C925/0x7 reducer/ASI120MM/EFW filter wheel using RGB filters from UK back garden. Stacked ~50% of 1200 frames for each filter. I thought I'd experiment to see if it made any difference from mono. Comparison of the mono (L) version to the RGB combined without any tweaking resulted in a 'colder' look for the RGB which I quite like and have kept for this image.
