Description

IC 443 (also known as the Jellyfish Nebula is a galactic supernova remnant in the constellation Gemini. On the plane of the sky, it is located near the star Eta Geminorum.

Its distance is roughly 5,000 light years from Earth.

Mount: SW EQ6-r guided ASI120MM

Telescope: TS APO 80/500 & TS 0.79x

Camera: QHY163M (Gain 180 | -10ºC)

Filters: Baader Ha 7nm and OIII 8.5nm

Frames: Ha: 50x240s ; OIII: 65x240s

Acquisition: Sharpcap; APT
