I am a 15 year-old amateur budget astrophotographer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US. I have basic tech for astrophotography, including a standard tracker and a broadband light pollution filter. Most of my shots come from the Bortle class 8 night sky right above my backyard. I have been involved in astrophotography for a little over a year, but I hadn't had the gear for even wide-angle, high-quality astrophotography until just a couple months ago. I am just now beginning to explore the deep-sky realm.
I have two large telescopes I inherited from my grandfather, but I am unsure if you can actually attach a camera to it unless it's dedicated. The manual EQ mount and tripod broke so I am currently looking for a new mount for the two telescopes. I am unsure of their models because they're easily 17-20 years old.
