I am an amateur astrophotographer. Stargazing is my hobby. I have been interested in photography since my study at the university. But I fell into astrophotography in 2017 when I turn the camera up to the night sky for the first time. I realized that enjoying the beauty of the night sky make me feel happy and relaxed.
I live in a small but lovely country in the middle of Europe in Slovakia. We have few places with quite dark night sky but unfortunately they are still somehow affected by a light pollution.
So I did a few trips worldwide trying to see and capture some of the darkest night sky and also atmospheric phenomena e.g. aurora borealis/australis.
In 2021 I bought my first telescope for observing and also for trying to take some pictures of DSO.
