Astronome amateur de longue date (plus de 30 ans de pratique), détourné d'une carrière professionnelle dans ce domaine, je me consacre à l'astrophotographie depuis quelques années. À ce titre, je suis en train de mettre au point un système complet pour faire du "grand champ" avec un APN et des téléobjectifs à grande ouverture (notamment, les séries AI-AIs ED de chez Nikon).
Ces images sont mes premières "tentatives" dans un lieu où la pollution lumineuse n'a pas encore fait trop de ravages, au beau milieu d'un ancien cratère volcanique, sur le rebord du plateau ardéchois.
