Hello, my name is Katelyn Beecroft and I'm a high school science teacher (chemistry, STEM, general science) by day and an astrophotographer by night. I am fortunate to enjoy some Bortle 5 skies in my backyard in Southwestern Ontario. I'm relatively new to astrophotography, but have been a visual observer for 20 years, and still love to get my 8" Dob out on nice clear nights to observe while my rig is all set taking images.
