Became interested in astronomy at age 7. My first telescope was a 3 inch Gilbert Newtonian on an altazimuth mount. I was a visual astronomer until the digital age arrived. Now I only do imaging.

Graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in mechanical engineering then became an Air Force pilot flying the T-37, T-38 and C-141a. Left the Air Force and flew for American Airlines then became an Insurance Agent. Covers quite a bit of territory!

I now retired living on the slopes of Mt Pinos. My interests are astronomical imaging, hiking and listening to music.
