Bought a Sony a6100 and a tripod in 2021 as part of a pandemic plan of live music streaming. I failed miserably... then found out that the camera has a built-in intervalometer.

I hadn't tried astrophotography for nearly 20 years, being my last experiences with analog equipment and "modest" results, no to say awful... I sold my 7" dobsonian, broke my 7x50 binos, never got my barn-door tracker to work. I thought that my astronomy journey had ended.

TTArtisan provided my first two mini light buckets: a 35mm F/1.4 and a 50mm F/1.2. Things became a little more serious. Then, a friend gave me his Star Adventurer as a gift... and here we are.
