Description

A rarely imaged small nebula, referenced in the Minkowski catalogue.
Estimated distance ~3kpc/10kly, RVhel estimates range ~30-50 km/s.
Central star is bright, Mv = 11.
Peimbert type IIb is the most recent proposed classification. 

Images are SPCC-calibrated RGB, no tone/color changes applied.
An interesting gradient from more green in the northern (here, bottom) half to more blue in the southern half of the nebula. This corresponds well to a bright knot of [O I] 630nm signal from the northern ansa identified in the spectroscopic study referenced below.
One can also see hints of perforations in the inner shell associated with East-West slightly brighter outflow plumes.

Nii3/Ha3 test images didn't show noticeable differences in morphology, at least at 0.32m aperture. 
A spectroscopic study of this nebula using 2.3m telescope found it to be a low-excitation PN:
