Description

G2.4+1.4 in Sagittarius
At first a big thank you to Sakib Rasool for letting me know about this and a lot of other strange objects.
Originally when discovered this was believed to be a SNR but it is actually the nebulosity around WR 102.
The image is a RGB HOO composite and heavy processing was necessary as it is actually burried in a very dense starfield.
There is another interresting small object in the lower middle of the image which I could not find any reference to.
Hope you enjoy it.
Wolfgang
