Description

Another test of the new 30 second exposure for the S50. Here is 11.5 minutes of total exposure time. I had a Coulter 10.1" compact DOB back in 1980 and Lumicon filters. Probably around $500. I was at that time in a Bortle 6 area and you could not visually see the Horsehead even with Lumicon filters. Now 40+ years later with a $500 2" APO scope in 11 minutes I have an image anyone doing back yard astronomy back in 1980 would die for.
