Description

Timelapse animation is created from 407 recordings between 13:55 and 15:33UT on June 8th 2023. Each recording was 10 seconds long with a framerate of 30 (300 frames) and 5 seconds delay between each recording.

The recordings where obtained using a using a 90mm Coronado filter in front of a StellaMira 80mm ED f/10, Baader 35nm H-Alpha, BF15 w/Beloptik ITF, Baader Q-Barlow 1.3x and Player One Mars-M mounted on a ZWO AM5 mount guided with Hinode SolarGuider.

The 200 frames from each recording was stacked in AutoStakkert!3 before they were aligned, sharpened and contrast stretched in ImPPG.

The animation was created in PIPP at 15fps effectively compressing the 1 hours 38 minutes of duration down to just 27 seconds.
