Description

Well I guess perseverance does pay off, but then also switching to my my professional series Canon 70-300MM lens helped a bit.  I guess there is a difference between a $1,000 plus lens and a $125 lens.  Also, the manual focus on my 70-300 works even when not hooked up to the camera, so I could actually focus, novel concept, LOL!!!

While the stars are not great, they are so much better than with the other 2 lens.  The smaller stars look really good, the bigger one has some blue color fringe aberration on them.  That maybe that is just what I am going to get with this lens, but I might try to research this.  Anyway, for a wider FOV this is still a much cheaper option than buying the Askar lens or a Redcat.

FYI, this is cropped 2 panel mosaic of the Rho Complex and the Dark Horse nebula.

Title: Re-processed

Description: Everyone I apologize for posting a really noisy green image. I had turned my display of my laptop way down and forgot to turn it up before processing. Geez that image looked terrible on full bright display. So I decided to just start over, this image is not as bright, but the original was way over saturated.
