With a total of just under 13h, I aimed to capture as much of the NGC 3579 region as possible, such as the Statue of Liberty NGC3579, Southern Tadpoles & Wishing Well Cluster NGC3532. I'm particularly fond of the Statue of Liberty area and uploaded it as a first revision - you can find it here:
https://www.astrobin.com/vw333p/B/The NGC 3579 region is prominent in narrowband emissions, particularly rich in Hydrogen Alpha (Ha) and Sulphur II (Sii), with notable but less intense Oxygen III (Oiii) emissions.
In the Hydrogen Alpha (Ha) below, you can see the extensive hydrogen emissions within the nebula, outlining the active areas of star formation and the nebula’s dynamic processes.
The Sulphur II image below maps out the sulphur emissions, providing insights into different physical conditions and chemical environments across the nebula.
And last but not least, captured here are the Oxygen III emissions, highlighting regions of high-energy activity and the effects of massive stars on the nebular material.
